Well for the last 2 years I have been redoing my 1984 633 CSi, New leather in the rear and new carpeting, well ever since I owned the car there has bee some small leak around the sunroof, removed the sunroof and cleaned all the drains, OK for a while, now even the smallest shower soaks the interior headliner on the drivers entire side from about the middle of the door frame to the rear C pillar. We got 8" of rain last week in a 24 hour period and when i opened the drivers door water ran out, my new leather rear seat was destroyed. and the new carpeting too.

: I have run out of ideas, maybe the drain channels are rusted out or something. Does anyone have an idea as to what is involved in removing the headliner, and does anyone know where to get replacement gaskets for the sunroof. I have checked local upholstry shops and even the people that install aftermarket sunroofs, no one has any idea of where to get any or has not seen any gaskets like the BMW has. I am repainting the car in about a month and would love to0 have all new gaskets for the doors, sunroof and trunk as well as bonnet.
Please any help would be greatly appreciated...
