help please *need parts*

my 93' 740i needs a set of new front strut inserts w/ edc.
ive looked all over and cannot find any with this feature except for the local bmw dealer.......$$$$
does anyone know where i can find these strut inserts without breakin my bank??
is it possible to replace the originals with non edc inserts??

If I were you.......@ $1,000 bucks ea. for EDC inserts....I would just disable the EDC & install the non self leveling strut inserts........

thanks im probly just gonna do away with the edc
