Gas filler cover

Being that all the greedy bastards of this world have made the possesion of gas rank up there with gold, some moron decided to try to pry my gas cover off. All he or she suceeded in doing was breaking the plastic attachment forward of the gas cap. I need to remove the cover to replace or repair this piece. Does anyone know how this is attached? I would like to find the person that did this and pour gas over them!

Try calling someone at bavauto.com.
I'm sure they may have a suggestion. They have helped me in the past.
