Hi to everyone,i am on my 3rd bmw,my current model is a 1995 740i with very low mileage for the year.recently the auto gearbox indicator light has started to stay on all the time.it doe's not go out after 15/16 minutes as it should I also have a battery draining problem. any idea's?

have already changed the battery,have also had car checked by to auto elctricians with no success. My own theory would be that there will be some switch or other that is sticking!
