Question Engine hick up

Hi all
I have a 750il from -95, done 105000 km.
When the engine is hot and I let go of the accelerator it's sometime like that the car makes a few hick ups specially if downhill. Can anyone help?
Kind regards IPS

So have you lost any coolant, only check when stone cold the float should be level wit the top of the expansion bottle.
