Buzzing sound from dash?? - BMW Forum

(91 750il E32) It seems as tho there is some sort of fan on in the cabin at ALL times. Its a very quite buzz/humm whenever the ignition is on. I pulled the climate control panel from the dash and found a small fan attached to the back that was very dirty. I was sure this was the source, after a good cleaning I replaced it and NOPE. It seems to be coming from higher in the dash and closer to the glass. There is no flow from any vents, just the noise.
ANY SUGGESTIONS??

After pulling he dash apart again and hunting for his extremely annoying sound I found that it was in fact the cooling fan behind the climate control unit. I was able to get the noise to stop by rotating the motor. Soooooooooo, another short bus moment brought to you by "JohnU". LOL
