Acceleration 750il v-12

I have a 1992 bmw 750il with a v-12, when i step on the gas pedal it hesitates for a second before it takes off then it is kinda slow up till 20 mph, after that it takes off, is this normal, i figured with all that hp it should take off pretty quick

oh, thanks, i never had a bmw b 4 and im only 16 so i dont know much about them

is the traction light blinking when it happends? (means tire slippage is sensed by te computer...)

How many miles and when was the last tuneup?

it has brand new tires, and just when im accelerating it will blink

....Normally i sugest stage II BUT in your case I sugest Stage III lighting on your right foot I have that issue with my 740iL somtimes... and when that light comes on it means Traction control is kicking in and reducing throttle.... Thus slowing your acceleration.... the trick is pushing the gas to the point where it does Not kick in... and DONT EVER turn off traction control till you have that ability FULLY Mastered...... I did that in my 740iL In the rain..... these cars will scare you with their abilities.... where are you located?

near panama city florida, do you know how to gt the back seats back into place, i took them out to change a fuse and check the battery and now i cant get either 1 back in place. I lined p the two back posts into the upper seats but i cant get it the rest of the way in, is their a trick to doing this

I have an 88 750...Had that problem one time and i had to jump on the seat to fall back in place

It not accelerate when engine is hot.
When the engine is not hot -few minutes by started the car runs very good.
What to replace?
