95 740iL, Seat and Steering tilt stopped working

I havent looked yet aside from looking for a burnt fuse which there wasn't.

The seat seems to work once in a while and when it does so does the tilt/ telescope function

I'm thinking there is a relay that powers the drivers seat etc but as I dont have a owners manual I dont know where to start.

Any pointers before I start tearing it apart?

Thanks

The plug on the drivers seat was the problem.

Thank you much for your assistance.
