Power windows work part of the time - driver's side doesn't work at all - the motors are good, and when you hit the switch, you hear a clicking noise under the back seat (from the fuse box). In order to pass inspection, I have to at least have the driver's side power window working. If anyone knows how to fix it, or else how to by-pass it, please help.
