750Li seat memory

Greetings,

I'm having a problem with the seat memory of our 750Li. One key fob works well, everything moves, A/C & radio comes on, steering wheel, seat and mirrors move just like it's supposed to, but the other fob doesn't work although it does work to start the car, lock the doors etc... I don't believe it's a battery issue, but maybe I'm doing something wrong? I set the seat, steering wheel, mirrors, radio, A/C and then lock the car with the fob and unlock it to set all the positions. When I use my wife's key fob I open the door and everything moves, then I go get my fob and open the door, nothing moves, I have to use the memory button on the door to change things. Am I doing this right? Using my fob, I can go into settings on the console and see which profile is active, but the seats etc don't move. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks
Bob

If everything else works, but the seats then the battery in the fob is probably not the issue. Specially if its a 2009. You can take the fob to the dealership and they can scan the fob (cool eh?) and tell if something is wrong on that end.

Seat memory problems

After playing with the "profiles" the seat and other things are now working! I don't have a clue what I did, but the FOB now works!

Thanks
