740il Difficult starting!!!!!!!

Hi, I have a '97 740il, the only problem I have with the car is when I first start the car it can take a round 5-10 seconds of cranking. When its warm or has been driven for a while it nomally fires up straight away.

Can anyone help with a little info or any had similar problems, I was thinking about changing the cam sensors and going from there. The engine warning light is not on and I have not had the fault codes read yet!!

If there is no check engine light why would you change the cam sensors? I would start by checking codes

whens the last time youve changed your fuel filter? if gas isnt getting to the injectors that fast, the fuel filter could be slowing down the flow...
