740 il, waht is the difference

hi everyone, having thoughts on the 740 il at least 1999 year and above. can some one please tell me the difference in exterior and interior changes with the 740 il from 1999 and above.

i am particularly interested in what year the car got bigger, wider lip wheels and the xenon lights.

also, any chronic problems taht i should be aware with the 7 series.
