735 i e65 problem with seatbelt and airbag

hi folks,
i have a 2001 e65 735 ia, the car had gone for grooming today after which all of a sudden its showing this msg on the front LCD TV display "function of airbag seat belt tensioner and limiter faulty, get the car checked by bmw sev"

there seems nothing wrong with the car but the airbag light stays on an after the car starts the seatbelt light comes on as well. i dont even have the car manual anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?

LOS is an unknown quantity at this point
Most likely a wiring problem underneath the seat. Check the connections for any loose wires and do a visual inspection for the sensor. This is common on 5 series as well. My bet, the sensor needs to be replaced.

most likely it is infact a faulty seatbelt tensioner, they go bad all the time...it is a real easy fix.
