645csi Bluetooth Needed

I just purchased a 645csi today, and am desperately looking for some answers regarding bluetooth. I have read the message boards, but it does not seem that anyone makes any sense.

Can anyone help?

1) Is a product/accessory available in the US market that can be purchased and installed for US cars, specifically the 6 series?

2) Where can you purchase this product, and does anyone know the Product Number?

3) Who needs to install this product? Does the product void the warranty?

4) If this product is not out yet by BMW, where can we check on the status of when it will be available.

Many of the boards I have read mentioned that there are issues with the bluetooth and the current configuartion of the car, but most of these posts are outdated, so any information would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

i dont know about the 6 Series but i have used bluetooth beatifully with my SonyEricsson T610 and K700i in the X5. I have seen it in the new 5 series so it should be available in the 6 series as a option, as for who installs it, its all BMW. You see in the middle east (where i live) they order cars fully speced up, the X5 at double air suspension, bluetooth, leather seats the lot. Have you called your local dealer?
