I Have this clanging noise every I drive forward in tune with the wheel rotation, It come on and off again until when i raeh a constant speed it becomes a low clang barely able to hear it sometimes. I have shifted to nuetral while it still moving thinking it is the tranmission but that noise is still there. Can it be the drive shaft??

It probably isn't the drive shaft. I would look first at the brake rotor. See if it is in any way bent. If it is bent, the rotor can scrape against the brake pad making a clanging noise. To test, run water into the wheels, allow to set for about an hour or so (for a little rust to develop). Drive it and see if it sounds like a higher pitch.
