1982 633csi - What parts to save?

Hi all --

My teammates and I have a 1982 633csi that we are turning into a Lemons racer. It's pretty well clapped out (about what you'd expect from a $200 633csi) but we're wondering if there are parts that are particularly valuable and in high demand that we should save during the strip-out. We are limited to spending $500 on the car, and we can apply money from parts sold to our total, so that's obviously a big part of our motivation -- but we also know what it's like to hunt down old car parts, and we don't want to throw away anything that people need. We're stripping the car way, way down -- interior, exterior trim, seats, seat belts, most of the glass, sunroof, the whole nine yards. What kinds of parts should we be on the look out to save?

Trim, switches, stalks, cluster, things like that really that are easy to ship, or you could put an ad on ebay and see what parts people want, you can always say no.
