01 740i e38 how to reset airbag,driver wheel sterring,help

i have a 2001 bmw 740i e38 v8 4.4l
and the car was hit in front ,,and air bag is out,,so i got a new one,,
but i need to know how to reset the new airbag,

at the,driver wheel sterring,,

any guide how to do it will apreciate

As important as airbags are, I really think you may wanna take this issue to a certified shop. Great avatar by the way!

when you get it all back together if you come out to the Bay area I can reset it for you I have a Scanner

ya im trying to put all together,,all parts ,,
will see how it goes,,
you live arownd san jose?,,man a lot of traffic,,there
like coming from san francisco to sacramento,,it took me 4 hr,,instead o 1.5,,,

what scanner you have?

yap,,i did some deliverys in 1998 in palo alto,,very nice there ,,
but the streets where confusing,,to many streets with the same name,,

anyway i have that software,,but i dont have the cable,,
any place you know that i can get that,,i like to have something like that ,,never know ,when you need it,,this one ,not bad price here

Ebay kits work But toss the software and use yours
